We are a provider for most major insurance companies, some are listed below. We unfortunately are NOT providers for ANY HMOs. We made the decision to not be apart of them because proper, needed care was being denied. It is our experience that with increasing deductibles and copays our cash plans are better. We have cash, military, and family discount plans available. Chiropractic care is rarely beyond reach.

If there is no answer or you don’t get a return call within one hour and there is a serious emergency contact your PCP or nearest hospital.
